Ms. Jenkins graduated from New York’s Touro Law School.  She earned her legal degree cum laude and was also selected for the American Jurisprudence award in property.  After law school, she was hand selected from a pool of over 700 students to clerk for New York’s Highest Legal Tribunal, the Court of Appeals.  Her legal career continued as a prosecutor for the Bureau of Professional Medical conduct.  There, she prosecuted physicians for misconduct under the Health and Education Laws. 
Ms. Jenkins left the legal profession shortly thereafter, taking a leap of faith and starting a business.  She was one of the early Curves for Women franchisees, ultimately operating six successful locations.  She is most proud of building that business with an initial personal investment of only $7,000.  Because of a well planned out exit strategy, she was later able to sell them off one and one and earn a significant income from the sale. 
Throughout these years, Ms. Jenkins bought and sold investment properties.  Wanting to earn her MBA, in the fall 2012, she entered the Coles College at Kennesaw State University, graduating in May 2014 with a 4.0 GPA and earning the school’s top honor of University Scholar.   
Ms. Jenkins currently invests in real estate full time, is an adjunct professor at Coles College, and teaches the Georgia Real Estate pre-license course.   Her hobbies include travel to far away places, spending time in or near water, teaching, and spending time with family and friends.
